Are my details and my credit card details safe with you?
Yes, we have several layers of secuity. Not only do we use Protx as our card processor but also Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. We also run manual checks for out of character transactions.
When will I get my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and you should get your order within 2 working days (ie. not counting weekends or bank holidays and bearing in mind we don't process orders after 4pm in the work day afternoon), If your order is very urgent or needs to delivered on a specific day please phone and we will do our best to arrange this.
An item is missing from my order
Check on the invoice/delivery note on the outside of your parcel. There is a column marked "To Follow" if there is an entry next to the missing item other than zero it means we know we have ommited the item and it will follow within a day or so.

We will process your order just as quick as we can but please bear in mind Royal Mail and DHL do not work at weekends or Bank Holidays!

We send Overnight* FREE OF CHARGE
Orders UNDER £30 (ex VAT)
Are sent Overnight* at a small charge of £3.90
(ex VAT).
FREE insurance on all orders.
* Overnight for Business addresses is delivered the next working day up to 5.30pm.
* Overnight for Residential addresses is delivered within two working days up to 9pm and has the added advantage that if you are out on the first attempted delivery you can make a personal arrangement with the local courier or collect it from a DHL Service Centre.

We are very pleased to advise you that we can deliver anywhere within the UK, apart from the Channel Islands, without a delivery surcharge.
For the Channel Islands and other parts of the world we will advise the carriage charge prior to despatch.

We send goods throughout the world! We have found it best for the customer if we quote delivery on each order rather than blanket prices for weights and countries. Just send us an email

How to pay
CREDIT CARDS
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (except American Express) over the phone, through the post, web site ( Secure Server ) or Email and in our warehouse shop. For your peace of mind we do NOT store your credit card number on our system once a transaction has been processed.
CHEQUES
Please make these payable to 'CLP Computer Supplies'.
CREDIT ACCOUNTS
30 day credit accounts are available. Please ask us to email / fax / post one to you.
Instant credit accounts are available for Schools, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals, Registered Charities, Medical & Dental Practices, Accountants and Solicitors. All we require is your order on Official Letterhead with an order number. Accounts may be paid by cheque, credit transfer or BACS.
